• Degree or equivalent experience.
• Deputizes to the Project Procurement Manager as required.
• Under general supervision reports operationally to the Project Procurement Manager
• Plans, organizes, directs and controls an appropriate portion of the project Material Management function including but not limited to purchasing, expediting, material control, logistics, or field Material Management function on a project.
• Develops, or assists in the development of, Material Management (material control, purchasing, expediting, logistics, inspection, or field Material Management) activities on the project.
• Performs material control, sourcing, buying, expediting, logistics, inspection, or field Material Management activities in accordance with the corporate OSR and established project or Material Management Plans, policies, and procedures.

Other duties as assigned-

Experience within the Oil & Gas industry a requirement.

• Not essential but working within a joint venture, multi office project team is desirable.

• Liaises with Clients, other Project team members and suppliers on a regular basis.

Provides general and direct supervision to the Material Management, procurement, support staff, and other Material Management personnel assigned to the project.
