Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Activities he/she is responsible, are carried out in conformance with all laws and regulations, contractual and management system.

• Health and safety of personnel, natural and working environment and equipment shall be taken care of.
• Preparation and maintenance of WBS.
• - Maintain integrated schedule and progress follow-up systems with project requirements. The project systems execution and detect/control schedule deviations.
• - Prepare and maintain cost follow-up systems. Ensure the projects keep control with forecasts, budgets,variations ,and actual expenditures.
• - Progress and cost reporting according to requirements.
• Planning

• - Prepare, Review and Update the project main schedule reflecting the planned and actual executions and interfaces.
• - Review, implementation, coordinatation of vendor schedule.
• - Evaluate change consequences, alternative scenarios and schedule analyses.
• - Manpower planning .
• - Status reporting.

• Cost

• - Maintain and update a cost control system which reflects status for approved budgets, actual and forecast costs.
• - Verification of WBS project cost coding.
• - Cost reporting, internal and external.

Requirements (Knowledge/Skills/Abilities):

• Able to work effectively with cross-functional and interdisciplinary groups
• Minimum 3/5 years’ experience
• Planning and cost control in large offshore projects
• Windows based EDP tools, Primavera P6 and Excel.
• English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge and understanding of project management philosophies
