Job Description
The Company:
A leading global power and automation technologies company who enable utility and industry customers to improve performance while lowering environmental impact.
Fircroft have been asked to source a Project Administrator to support the Engineering Department based in the Brisbane.
The Role:
The Project Administrator will be assigned to the Divisional Manager where they will support departments requirements within, technical documentation, administration, financial and travel.
Responsibilities include:
Manage technical documentation
Prepare and complete monthly financial reports including profit and loss budget summary report, debtors reports and also closing completed jobs for monthly profits
Manage projects documentation, technical documents & maintain confidential records
Prepare reports, memos, letters and other documents using word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software
Travel coordination, visa and work permits & project team expenses
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Oil and gas experience
Word/Excel/SAP/Lotus Notes
