Exciting opportunity for an experienced Analyst to work with this growing energy company, Brisbane based competitive Package!

With huge growth plans on the horizon, our Asset South team is now looking to appoint an Asset Planning and Performance Analyst.

Your role is to assist the Asset Planning and Performance Manager (South) through engineering, economic and operational analysis to support the operational and development needs within the Asset South.

Working closely with management, corporate groups, JV participants and the asset team key responsibilities include the following and more:

  • Maintaining Asset Reference Plans for all producing assets.
  • Support corporate development of companywide life of field economic models for the current and future business.
  • Preparing the Annual Work Program and Budget (WP&B) and submission coordination for Asset South.
  • Analysing and selecting optimal development strategies during the concept executing planning and AFE phases.
  • Reviewing funding submissions (AFE’s) for all capex activities in the Asset, other than for Plant, Property and Equipment (PP&E).

To be considered for this opportunity it is essential you hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, economics, accounting or finance preferably holding a CPA/CA or MBA. You will have demonstrated post-graduate analysis experience in financial, operational, engineering or optimisation roles. It is desirable that the incumbent has had exposure to CSG exploration and development activities.
