We are currently looking to recruit 2 Heads of Pipeline Engineering for our Abu Dhabi and Sharjah offices.

Reporting to the CEO or MD, responsibilities will include;

• Establish and maintain adequate technical and managerial capability in Engineering function to provide “fit for purpose” detailed design support to the Projects and in line with client’s requirements for Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental standards.
• Ensure availability of number and competence of engineering resources for proposals / projects.
• Provide cost effective and timely Engineering support for proposals and projects
• Carries out resource planning to match proposal / project needs, ensure optimum resource allocation and overall utilization, manage competency development of engineering resources, development of engineering work methods and procedures, planning of software (proprietary and in-house developed) availability and competence
• Coordinate the review of customer’s technical scope and specifications to assure capability of compliance.
• Ensure overall quality of engineering deliverables and documentation produced in support of all proposals & projects led from Petrofac.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to all staff members of the Engineering department.
• Ideally you will have expereince within the UAE market place within a large EPC.
