Job Description
Duties to include:
Compiling Client billings, ensuring all bill are prepared for issue to Clients on a weekly or monthly basis in accordance with the contractual terms and conditions
Summarise timesheet information for billing purposes
Ensure all rechargeable third party costs are captured in client bills
Monthly reconcilliation of sales v costs
Ensuring back documentation for client bills is compiled and stored available for audit
Filing or all third party invoices
Annual archiving of client billings and third party invoices
Issue client billing statements on a monthly basis
Candidates should be available to start ASAP and ideally have:
Previous accounts experience
Administration and data entry experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience with Oracle advantageous but not essential
