Commercial Administrator job in UK
Purpose / Role To administer key commercial systems and processes to a high level of accuracy. Provide commercial administration support for the projects and commercial groups.
Key aims and objectives
• Support the company management team in the commercial administration of relevant projects/contracts in accordance with company commercial policies and procedures in order to ensure that commercial entitlement is pursued and obtained in accordance with the terms of the contract.
• Analyse costs incurred in undertaking projects/contracts and reconcile with charges made to our Clients. Prime responsibilities and duties
• Accountable for safety
• Assist in the preparation of data for Client audits
. • Support to cost analysis and reporting activities within projects/contract
• Preparation of project invoicing in accordance with terms and conditions of contract such that cash position maximised.
• Liaison with company finance departments to address any anomalies in costs allocated to projects/contracts.
• Administer company expense policy
• Assist with administration of sub-contracts in accordance with relevant company policies and procedures.

• HNC in appropriate Business Discipline desirable but not essential.
