Job Description
The Company:
An international EPC Company involved in LNG and Mining Projects.
The Role:
General administrative support services as required by staff (i.e. photocopying, binding, processing forms).
Producing daily reports of Marine operations from AMC and presentations for specialised work.
KPI reporting and presentations.
Formatting and producing accurate, timely and well presented documents, in accordance with the Gorgon Projects document control requirements.
Assist in document registration and project electronic filing in the web based project document control system, Documentum.
Assist the Marine logistics team to learn, understand and use the Project Software programmes effectively.
Attend and minute meetings when required.
Calendar and Diary Organisation for staff where appropriate.
Assist with Function Coordination (catering/venues) for conferences, workshops and other various functions.
Assisting staff with IT problems, and further logging IT requests in the Projects IT help system, Start.
Compiling and submitting the Stationery/goods order.
Compiling Material Requisitions for PPE, training, equipment. Including obtaining quotes from suppliers.
Coordinate Projectrequired training for staff, including:
2Day Project Induction
DTEC Driver Training
MSIC Card
Liaise with the Project Travel Coordinators to organise domestic and international travel.
Compile, release and manage contractor documents via Documentum For Marine logistics team.
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
High level of literacy and an ability to prioritise tasks in order to meet deadlines.
High level of computer literacy in Word, Excel, Power Point and other office programmes.
Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
Minimum two experience in an administration role
Preferred minimum two years experience in marine operations
