We are seeking an exceptional individual with a combination of business development, talent management and technical environmental expertise to drive and lead the growth of our team in London. As part of the wider Xodus AURORA Division, which has staff located in all offices within the Group, you will be part of a growing and vibrant environmental business with an outstanding reputation for quality. In this role, you will be key to ensuring clients receive the highest standards of environmental support.

Having a background in EIA or Environmental Engineering (probably no less than 10 years experience), you will have a track record of providing environmental support to clients within the Upstream Energy Industry (preferably in the Oil & Gas or Marine Renewable Energy sectors), ideally in the capacity of either Consultant or Environmental Adviser. You will be an experienced line manager and have a flair for business development with exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
