Our Client has a vacancy for a Value Stream Leader, based in Aberdeen. This is a contract position.

Responsibilites:
Drive HSE compliance to Group,  procedures, goals and regulatory directives.
Deliver quality products to the required specification and level of conformity. 
Ensure compliance to all processes and recommend/implement areas for improvement.
Deliver products at the committed cost and drive continuous cost reduction through the application of lean techniques.
Drive finance compliance to the Value Stream budget while striving to reduce costs.
Manage all production personnel to ensure employee engagement to execute on the delivery of the day to day tactical plans
Component repair of fuel nozzle and accessory components and systems.
Leads, manages and integrates more than 20 direct labor and 10 indirect labor resources.

Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or higher education.
Leadership and management competencies and attributes.
Demonstrated experience and proficiency in operations management principles.
Relevant background and experience in quality and HS&E management systems.
Demonstrated leadership competencies and teamwork development skills.
Effective communication skills.
Business processes.
Financial acumen.
Delivering result.
Experience in the gas turbine principles of operations, and fuel systems and accessory systems preferred.
Project Management.

The salary for this role is negotiable.
