Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Safety Team Leader to offer support a large international Oil company. You will be based in Denmark however there may be rare international travel required.
Responsibilities
Provide support and advice and on technical safety engineering across a variety of operating assets engineering disciplines and projects
Interface with Environmental and Loss Prevention disciplines
Assist with audits and incident investigations
Develop process & technical safety methodology
Develop technical safety practices procedures and processes and standards for the groups management system
Review technical safety related deliverables from consultants and contractors
Develop and maintain asset Safety Cases and performance standards
Carry out and review hazard and effect modelling using Bowtie methodology
Start and review quantitative risk analysis
Skills and Requirements
Chartered Engineer
Masters or Bachelors Degree
Extensive experience within petroleum industry
Proficient process safety & technical safety engineering experience in offshore oil & gas projects
Excellent working knowledge of all relevant standards codes and industry practices
Strong knowledge of legislative requirements relating to process safety & technical safety engineering design
Qualified in facilitating safety reviews such as SILs PSSRs HAZOPs HAZIDs.
