Technical Proposal Manager - Surrey - Staff

To take ownership and lead tenders from initial kick-off to proposal submission, eventual success and delivery.
To create a team, draw on proposal and technical support and take full responsibility for all aspects of the Bid including compliance, administration, technical standards and ensuring commercial and competitive advantage.
To lead and deliver a Bid
To manage, co-ordinate and prioritise the activities involved in the Tender process.
To ensure commercial and legal risk is acceptable for the Bid.
Ensure all relevant reviews are adhered to.
To structure and devise a winning strategy with support from the Business Development Manager
Devise methodology from the Client ITT
To manage, draw on and coach the key contributors in delivering effective submissions.
Chair all bid related meetings.
Deal with all pre and post Bid clarifications.
Review all documentation produced by contributors to ensure they have answered the question and demonstrated competitive edge.
To ensure timely delivery of the complete, fully checked and approved final document.

Candidates will preferably have a relevant degree or equivalent diploma along with extensive experience in a similar role within the Oil and Gas industry
