Job Description
An excellent opportunity for a Technical Communications Specialist to join a market leading Oil and Gas Service Company, and take your career to a new level. The successful individual will be part of a specialist team that will be responsible for taking on the following duties:
Produce oilfield manuals and technology based training in conjunction with relevant experts
Facilitating the update of technical documents and creating well produced, accurate material in electronic, paper and CD/DVD formats
Provide graphics design input to Technical Manuals and Animations
Develop Technology Based Training animation and quizzes (TBT)
Conduct documentation reviews with Subject Matter Experts
Participate in identifying and applying information improvements and updates to manuals
Candidate applying for this role will ideally have the following competencies:
Engineering or Graphics Degree
Relevant experience in Technical Communications environment
An aptitude towards technical and mechanical systems
A knowledge of oilfield operations
