Collation of Project internal and external reporting. Assist Project Teams in the preparation of documents presentations and poster material. Maintain and update the project action tracking systems. Maintain and update the project change control systems. Compile project weekly report Produce minutes of meeting Meeting planner General activities which would include photocopying and filing etc. Skills / Quals: Good numerical skills Literary and Secretarial skills Good MS Office Skills Will have experience in a similar type of role.
