Job Description
Our client is a major consulting group with substantial and diversified interests within the technical safety market. The company has a presence in 10 countries and has a leading position in most of the high hazard sectors including oil & gas, nuclear, downstream, transportation and marine. The business is currently looking to source a principal engineer to lead the activities of its oil & gas group from a technical, commercial and manpower perspective. The service focus on this highly successful group is on QRA, Hazops and safety systems development for oil majors and independents operating UK and international assets. ATEX/DSEAR, SIL, fire protection/detection and probabilistic studies also feature in the businesses case load. Candidatures are sought from engineers with significant experience of heading up safety engineering studies within the oil & gas sector. The position reports directly into the technical director of the London office.
