A major oil and gas operator is seeking a Systems Completion Engineer on a 28/28 rotation in Angola.  Must have plant/refinery experience.

Responsibilities:
- Understand contractors obligations with respect to mechanical completion of systems.Interact with contractor and technical team as needed to assure timely handover of systems
-Participate in visual inspections of equipment and equipment systems.Document that contractor has completed walk down to ensure conformance with the design and all punch list items where deficiencies are present have been documented. Assist in confirming hydro-testing of systems are satisfactorily completed
