JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


No. % Time Key Job Responsibilities

1 60 Rationalize and develop Chevron supplier catalogs.

• Engage and train suppliers in the Chevron eProcurement System (Ariba).

• Work with Chevron Contract Advisors and Suppliers to develop supplier catalogs and in a form suitable for uploading into the Chevron eProcurement using Catalogue Management tool (Ketera) .

2 30 Engage key stakeholders (Operational Procurement and Contracts groups).

• Update existing catalogs in Ketera.

• Provide Catalog Management (including Ketera) administrative and technical support to the Supply Chain Team.

3 10 Manage and resolve supplier technical queries (Ariba and Ketera)

• Act as liaison for engaged suppliers.



REQUIRED SKILLS:


Must have completed or be willing to complete basic SCM courses

Fluent in Ariba eProcurement systems

Must have intermediate competency in MS Excel

Must have competency in MS Word and be able to write basic reports
