Submarine Cable Advisory Engineers.

We are looking for candidates with extensive experience in umbilical cable engineering preferably those who used to work for global top cable manufacturers.

The Company specialises in manufacturing industrial electric and electronic cables & materials in various markets such as wind energy marine and offshore and power transmission & distribution providing customers with leading solutions.

They continue to develop world-class core technologies and find and implement the most efficient solutions based on their intimate knowledge of the ever changing market conditions.

They are now in need of Submarine Cable Advisory Engineers for their plants in South Korea to be responsible for developing engineering and consulting for umbilical products and business to start and expand the companies umbilical cable business.

Bachelor of Electrical or Mechanical engineering and specific business experience in the umbilical cable industry.

Technical understanding and the depth knowledge of umbilical cable products manufacturing process and facilities Jointing method and equipments packing transportation installation method etc.
In depth understanding how to be applied and used in the deep sea
In depth understanding of the umbilical business industry and properties that affect performance and purchase behaviour.
Strong communication/presentation skills

The Primary objective is to develop umbilical cable products and business
Also responsible for reviewing tender specification and design new umbilical cable
Also responsible for consulting the manufacturing process and facilities of umbilical cable
Also responsible for consulting how to source raw material
Also responsible for consulting the umbilical accessories such as jointing kit etc
Also responsible for consulting on packing & transportation methods
Also responsible for supervising and consulting of installation and repair
Ultimately responsible for managing projects to develop new umbilical cable products
