Subcontracts Engineer Surrey Permanent or Contract Negotiable Salary / Rate

We are looking for a subcontract engineer to join our clients Procurement team. As part of a team project, the successful applicant will be in charge to liaise on a daily basis, with project managers and engineers in order to understand the type of services / goods that are required. The subcontract engineer will also be required to qualify and select suppliers issuing of Charter Party for third Party vessel (Tugs, AHTS, barge) and or subcontract for pipeline or heavy lift projects (dedging, rockdumping, precommissioning, steel fabrication,). This role will require previous experience as subcontract engineer in an offshore oil and gas contractor with knowledge of SAP systems.
