Job Description
International Engineering Services company in the Oil & Gas Industry are looking for a Subcontracts Administrator in Aberdeen on a 12 month contract. Ideal candidate will have Fabrications Subcontracts experience - paying a rate of 300 - 350 per day.

The Subcontract Administrator is responsible for the overall commercial administration of Fabrication subcontract packages from strategy paper through to closeout.

Main Duties:
Survey and evaluate potential subcontract and develop strategy papers bidders lists etc. for Contract Managers/Clients approval
Prepare for approval and inclusion into bid packages instructions to bidders proposal form subcontract agreement general terms and conditions special terms and conditions index and commercial exhibits as appropriate
Receive review and approve all other parts of the bid package to ensure continuity and completeness
Issue approve subcontract bid package to approved bidders expedite responses prepare formal commercial evaluation of bids
Prepare and issue to the selected subcontractors approved contracts and contract amendments
Maintain and log all subcontract change authorisations and amendments
Review subcontractor invoices and verify compliance to the subcontract
Assist in resolution of claims and other commercial and contractual issues
Liaison with Corporate SCM and Legal/Commercial Departments when required

Experience:
We are looking for candidates to have extensive Fabrication experience as they will be later based at site and getting involved in tenders liaising with the fabrication team.
