Job Description
Our Client has a vacancy for a Subcontracts Administrator based in Aberdeen, this is a contract position.

As Subcontracts Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall commercial administration of subcontract packages, from strategy paper through to closeout.

As Subcontracts Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Surveying and evaluating potential subcontract and develop strategy papers, bidders lists etc. for Contract Managers/Clients approval.
Preparing for approval and inclusion into bid packages, instructions to bidders, proposal form, subcontract agreement, general terms and conditions, special terms and conditions, index and commercial exhibits as appropriate.
Receiving, reviewing and approving all other parts of the bid package to ensure continuity and completeness.
Issuing approved subcontract bid package to approved bidders, expedite responses, prepare formal commercial evaluation of bids.
Preparingand issuing to selected subcontractors approved contracts and contract amendments.
Maintaining and logging all subcontract change authorisations and amendments.
Attending meetings with subcontractors and prepare meeting notes.
Reviewing subcontractor invoices and verifying compliance to the subcontract.
Assisting in the resolution of claims and other commercial and contractual issues.
Liaison with Corporate SCM and Legal/Commercial Departments when required.

Candidates must have extensive previous experience in a similar position.

The salary for this position is negotiable.
