Structural Integrity Group Manager required by our client for their ever expanding nuclear department.

The group manager will be:

Managing a team up to 15 people in terms of organization workload and competence management

Supervising the analyses delivered by the team and identifying the necessary studies and developments to ensure the appropriate level of expertise is maintained.

Involved in technical coordination with in-house and external clients.

Ideally applicants

Have a master degree in engineering

Have experience in structural analysis and are interested in developing their expertise in this field.

Enjoy team management.

Enjoy coaching a team

Are willing to apply Quality Assurance procedures

Speak English and French or Dutch with a general interest in other languages

The environment

The structural Integrity department is involved in modelisation & calculations activities and performs structural assessments for mechanical components civil work structures and piping. The team is in charge of stress fatigue seismic fracture mechanical calculations and requires knowledge of the construction codes and standards in use for the nuclear industry ASME RCCM and Finite Element computer codes SYSTUS LS-DYNA ANSYS PIPESTRESS.
