MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
Develop start-up sequence and start-up dossiers in line with COMPANY rules, best principles and safe practices
Ensure an appropriate start-up team organization with adequate competence skills
Ensure start-up team mobilization and training are in line with different project milestones
Manage on site start-up team, start- up operations and contractual performance tests
Review commissioning RFSU certificates management and manage installation handover procedures with
operation team

MAIN ACTIVITIES :
Develop for start-up activities: strategy, engineering road map, sequence, dossiers and planning
Interact various pre-start up activities with different shutdowns
Ensure all start-up risk assessments are properly carried out and implement mitigation measures in start-up dossiers
Define installation initial status and configuration prior first oil or gas-in stage

OTHER ACTIVITIES :
Attend project meetings as required and liaise with other disciplines and vendor personnel for start-up matters
Liaise closely with site operations on site to ensure proper start-up preparation, training, start-up operations, performance
tests and installation handover
Ensure that proper documents, drawings and procedures are available on site during start-up and post-start-up phases

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND
Process engineer or equivalent combination of relevant experience and training
Minimum of 15 years experience in Oil & Gas Plant start up (including Brownfield), operations and maintenance
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Team Leader or Supervisory Level with good interpersonal skills
Familiar with construction and commissioning
Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
Able to work with live plant (SIMOPS) and tight schedule (during shutdown) conditions
