Job Title: Specialist Engineer Electrical Analysis Location: Aberdeen Rate/Salary: Neg Duration: Staff The Company: Our Client's subsea expertise is based on more than 75 years of design, installation, and manufacturing of subsea equipment, control systems and related products/ services. Service to the Oil & Gas industry began in the 1920s. The Role: OBJECTIVES/SCOPE: The System Engineering department has been created to manage the system aspects of the Subsea production system. Responsibilities are carried out whereby normal line management reporting is to the Principal Engineer of Electrical Analysis Discipline, but project reporting is directly to the Project Manager or Project Engineer. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to tasking requests and reporting progress to the Discipline Principal Engineer. Delivering the timely issue of analysis reports for the Analysis discipline. Handling discipline specific external & internal communications for the Analysis Team. Provide support on technical development issues relevant to Electrical Analysis Engineering duties on Tendering, Study and Project work Participate in system design at system design reviews & ensure that work package design achieves system requirements. When required to provide support to sites within UK or internationally.
