Job Description

The job holder will ensure the application of material receiving, storing, delievery for installation or prefabrication, traceability procedures for all installation and HUC materials in Kuryk. He shall also be able to interface with contractors and manage their material systems.

Target of candiate will be: To have background knowledge about the procurement basic information MTO & PO, P.E.R Status Certificate types. To follow the correct application of the Material Receiving Procedure, responsibility, equipment and tools, to assure that all the offloading operation of material are under safety condition. To follow the information about the MRR, presence any damage and all the information to be reported in the report. To ensure that all the stored material can be readily indentifiable. To ensure that all the information related the inspection are being followed on base procedure (MIR) has been followed in the correct way. To follow the information related the preparation of the OS&D report, the record and the status. To follow the material released for production or for installation. To ensure that all the information related the traceability procedure has been reported in the official documents and to ensure that all the reference traceability between documents and material has been issued. To ensure that the traceability of all material is maintained on the base the procedure. Ensure a continuous update (reallocation) of the materials and equipment has been update. Identify and communicate to the relevant functions any potential critical situation in term of material availability, storing and preservation. Prepare report of the activity ongoing, receiving, storing, delivery, material sent to offshore, certificate. Cooperate with logistic QA/QC, offshore and management to gice and update the information required. Be able to react properly and in timely manner should an urgency arise.

Qualifications & Experience: Completion of an undergraduate degree in materials related subject, business administration or similar discipline is preferred. Professional or institute based equivalent qualification, is also acceptable. Minimum of 3 years of experience in materials management is required. Preferable experience with projects executed in the Caspian Region and specifically Kazakhstan.

Required Competencies: Significant background in material management in the Caspian region is extremely beneficial. Well developed experience of supervision. Good interpersonal communication. Adaptability, initiative and problem solving capability. Ability to work under pressure in an environment which expects the highest levels of customer service confidentiality and ethical behaviour. Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics etc. Good english knowledge.
