Our Client is a specialist company providing engineering services to the offshore sector in the Oil & Gas Industry. Due to expanding project requirements, they are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team in Batam, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

· Overall in charge on site for any new built or conversion projects for FPSO, FSO, jack ups and semi-submersible

· Responsible for project management of fabrication subcontracts

· Represent vessel on behalf of owner and interface with fabrication yard, owner and subcontractors involved

· Manage a team of superintendents across various disciplines

· Responsible for progress monitoring of construction and liaison with engineering department

· Frequent travel to Singapore office for technical and progress discussions

· Ensure safety and quality standards are met during construction activities

Requirements

· Prior experience as Site Manager is highly preferred.

· Minimum 8-10 years of working experience in offshore construction projects

· Self driven and motivated individual with good experience in management of offshore construction activities

· Mandarin speaking candidates preferred
