Our client is an Oilfield service company working with oil & gas, petrochemical, water and power industry companies. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking Site Managers to be based in the field in Libya.

As Site Manager, you will report to the Project Manager and your role will be to manage site activities to achieve contract completion within budget and time frame. You will manage resources and expenses as well as the project staff and labour force to ensure times frames and customer satisfaction are met. You will prepare project execution plans for management review and approve and manage plans to achieve project deliverables and time line objectives. You will work with the overall construction management team in enhancing the client, consultants and regulatory authorities relationship. As Site Manager you will also undertake the cost estimate and bill of materials of the required works for the project and ensure all the foregoing issues are performed in accordance with the QMS system.

You will be degree/diploma qualified (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation) and have a minimum 10 years experience particularly in the oil and gas industry project s. Experience in instrumentation work or mechanical engineering in oil and gas field works is essential.

A fluency in English is a must as well as Arabic (preferable) and strong computer literacy.
