Position Description:

Candidate must be a skilled technical manager with profound knowledge within the Microsoft, Networking, Electro Optic as well as Command & Control defense systems, with outstanding testing experience.

The candidate will be responsible for leading technical teams across the project integration and acceptance phase, prioritize the tasks, manage the daily activity, monitor and reflect the project status and act as point of contact on the project. Candidate must have exceptional communication and soft skills, be able to support key internal clients and stakeholders, negotiate with external suppliers and be able to manage own Technical Projects from start to finish. Candidate must be a team player.

Required Background & Experience:

· 4 years experience in quality control and testing telecom related platforms

· 3 years experience as team lead of small / mid technical operation

· Proven experience as a system integrator / administrator, experience with data centre management and MS environments (DB, networking, core services, etc)

· Experience and knowledge in QA methodologies: design, implement and execute test plans (STP, STD)

· Experience in testing communications / WIFI/IP protocols / applications (e.g. SNMP)

· Hands on experience with constructing, installing and maintaining a test lab environment

· Experience with MS windows server 2003/ 2008 / SQL server (getting into the inner workings of the systems and not just the UI)

· Experience in networking protocols / equipment: TCP/IP, VLANs, routers, switches, and load balancers

· Ability to work in a fast paced/ dynamic environment
