Job Title: Service Centre Operator/Administrator (Part Time) Location: Dereham, Norfolk Rate: 7.91 PAYE Duration: Ongoing Our Client is a leading Outsourced Service Provider within the Defence, Science and Nuclear sectors. THE ROLE We are currently looking for a Service Centre Operator, responsible for receiving, reporting and actioning Service Centre requests and queries. JOB SPEC Functioning as a focal and support point for information and communication between the organisation and the customer Receiving Service Centre requests(telephone calls, emails and reception) from all service areas (Refuse, Streets, Grounds, Cleaning, Minor Works) Initiating actions to meet customer demands using paging and phone systems Logging of details of all calls into Planet FM Database and following up details of action and outcome Supporting the Contract Manager and Administrators with the production of documents and reports on Service Centre activities Developing teamwork and a customer focussed approach ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS The successful candidate will ideally have 1-2 years work experience in a Service Centre environment and: Educated to GCSE level in Mathematics and English Language, or equivalent Excellent ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation Excellent telephone manner, good written communication and organisation skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and good keyboard skills Ability to accurately follow detailed work procedures and instructions Experience and ability to build and maintain professional and productive working relationships Experience with time-management/task planning Demonstration of customer focus and a flexible approach to work Fircroft is a leading provider of technical recruitment solutions to a number of specialist industries, active in over 40 countries worldwide.
