Our major international client within the Project and Construction Managment industry requires Structural Engineers within the Middle East/Africa. Our client provides expertise in Project Management Design Management Construction Management and Contract Administration together with other associated Project Management functions.
Basic Function and Scope:
Schedule the structural engineering activities of the project in logical steps with estimation of budget time and effort estimates required to meet deadlines.
Study and analyse given structural engineering specifications to determine appropriate methods alternatives and processes.
Determine labor requirements and support the construction manager coordinate with contractors to dispatch workers to construction site.
Monitor and review structural engineering work for compliance with building and safety codes quality requirements and other considerations.
Essential skills and qualifications:
Bsc in Civil Engineering with professional qualification in Project Management PMP Certification preferred.
Extensive experience in Project Management & Construction Management with previous experience as a Construction Superintendent in a Project Management Organisation desired.
