Specialising in the resolution of disputes on major projects they have a renowned reputation for superior technical analysis of the problems encountered on large construction projects.

Our client continues to expand delivering consultancy services to their UK and global clients.

• Senior Quantity Surveyor Post Contract
• You will hold a degree in Quantity Surveying Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• You Shall have minimum 12 years post graduate demonstrable experience in all aspects of post contract quantity surveying activities.
• You Shall have minimum 3 years experience in the Middle East
• Shall have minimum 3 yrs experience on infrastructure project in excess of US100m

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• All staff of the must be fully computer literate and able to utilise related computer software applications.
• All staff must be fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in technical report writing skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
• Quantity surveying staff will be required to have background and skills to suit infrastructure project such as highways including multi level interchanges; underground utilities installations; landscaping; or light rail/ mass transit constructio etc.
