Our client is a global exploration and production company with a large and geographically diverse portfolio of assets which includes interests in Africa, Eastern Europe, the South China Seas and the Middle East. This key role will assume full technical and budgetary responsibility for project development and execution in state. Controlling in-house engineering resources and third party contractors, the job holder will drive on and offshore execution from FEED to detailed engineering and completion for multiple projects including those for upgrades and expansion of existing facilities to accommodate infield drilling and secondary recovery as well as Greenfield developments. Projects will be typically in the $10 - $100M range within a portfolio whose collective value is around $250Mpa.
