Function

To develop and maintain plans for various projects covering FEED, detail design, construction & HU&C, in accordance with the project requirements & project procedures.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and maintenance of engineering, procurement, construction and HU&C plans as fully constrained and resourced critical path networks, including the scheduling of work within agreed priorities, resource levels and targets.

• Liaise with project / discipline lead engineers regarding onshore / offshore progress reporting.

• Production of weekly and monthly planning / progress reports. Measure and report against key performance indicators (KPIs), both internal and external.

• Ensure compliance with the work breakdown structure and coding.

• Attend weekly / monthly review meetings with project team / client to discuss long, medium and short term plans and progress

• Information transfer between relevant business software and the planning software.

• Develop ad-hoc plans as required.

Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience

• Educated to ONC / HNC level or equivalent in an engineering discipline preferred.

• Candidate must be fully conversant and familiar with P3 / P6

• Ability to gather information to develop plans through personal and individual communication.

• Knowledge of engineering, procurement, construction and HU&C
