Job Outline

Objective
To improve organisation effectiveness through the application of the appropriate quantitative analytical and business process improvement tools and techniques.

Main Tasks
Timely development of the Companys Business Process Management Framework.
Development of the methodology used for business process facilitation workshops.
Conduct workshops to identify the scope of each business process process owner and data required to construct the process maps and identify process improvements.
Construct the process maps using the appropriate Company standard software such as ARIS and Visio.
Mentor and facilitate the Company all levels on the development and application of business process mapping and process improvement.
Develop and lead / participate as a team member on various organisation and business process improvement initiatives.

Competencies Required for the Job
Education to degree level in an engineering or business studies discipline.
Specialised training / qualifications in the quantitative analytical and business process skills associated with industrial engineering \ organisation & methods \ organisation development \ business process re-engineering and change management.
Able to lead the application of a wide range of quality improvement skills including flow charts cause and effect diagrams decision tree analysis and Pareto analysis.
Extensive experience in various industries applying the above techniques of which a minimum of 15 years should be in the oil and gas industry.
Excellent verbal written and presentation communication skills.
Able to work and communicate effectively at all levels of the company.
Competent and constructive team player.
Computer literate with experience on word processing spreadsheets databases presentation and process mapping software.
