Brunel Energy is currently sourcing for a Senior Land and Community Affairs Interface Coordinator for our client a global oil and gas owner/operator. This is an exciting opportunity working on a major LNG Project in the South Pacific region.
This role is a 12 month contract position based at site in-country. The client will provide contractors with accommodation living allowance travel allowance and a competitive day rate.
Responsibilities:
- Identify objective and purpose of all product/service communications
- Identify audience and appropriate formats for media
- Maintain two-way communications with sales staff and employees
- Measure effectiveness of communications strategy
- Produce and maintain external media communications
- Build community relations
- Produce and maintain employee communications
Experience:
· Bachelor Degree with Masters in communications journalism marketing or a relevant business discipline is required
· Fifteen years experience in journalism communications business and finance with 10 years experience in the oil and gas industry and five years experience in relevant management and/or supervisory positions.
· Relevant experience working in developing countries is desirable
