Job Description
Based in Kazakhstan for a major Oil & Gas Operator on residential basis. Purpose: To assist the internal audit manager exercise his responsibilities towards assisting all levels of management with ensuring them and team and adequate and effective set of internal processes procedures controls and working practices through the provision of independent analysis appraisals recommendations and advise concerning activities subjected to review. The position is also responsible for the following up of audits perform The Job Holder will be Responsible for: Responsible for leading and participating in performing contract administration and process audits Approved by IRAC requested by the MD a director of clients  watch structure supervisor including investigations in whichever capacity is deemed necessary as and when required. Teh audits/investigations must be performed in a professional manner and according to best practices and activities include but are not limited to. Preparing to undertake audits issuing agreed TOR with the contract holders/process owners and helding all aspects if the opening meeting presentations The Job Holder Must Have: Degree or equivalent Qualified Accountant  from a recognized University in an appropriate Business or Engineering discipline preferably including Financial accounting At least 6 years of work experience in external & internal audits internal control processes & systems Previous work experience in the oil & gas industry Previous work experience with Business Process development & implementation and Contracts Administration Auditing Very good standard of spoken and written English If you are interested in applying for this position please send an up to date CV with the details of current notice and availability.
