Job Title: SENIOR INTEGRITY ENGINEER - TECHNICAL AUTHORITY (TA) Location: AUSTRALIA, PERTH Salary / Benefits: COMPETITIVE Duration: PERMANENT Our Client: Our Client is a renowned international Oil & Gas company who seek a Senior Integrity Engineer with Technical Authority (TA) status to join their team based in Perth, Australia. As System Custodian for integrity related issues you must have a strong HSE focus and will be responsible for day-to-day support, production optimization, reliability and facility modifications. The Role: Reporting directly to the Surface Engineering Manager, you will define the asset integrity strategy and develop related processes and procedures. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities; - Asset Integrity Management Strategy - Day-to-day asset integrity support of static and rotating equipment (piping, valves, vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, compressors and turbines) - Integrity management of FPSO - Technical reviews and audits - Inspection programmes - Hydraulic systems - Corrosion management - Reporting - Quality management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Process Improvements - HAZID / HAZAN / HAZOP - Mentoring and coaching of colleagues including Pipeline, Corrosion, Inspection and Integrity Essential Skills & Qualifications: - BSc / BEng (Hons) Engineering Degree in relevant discipline (or equivalent) - Ideally Chartered or working towards Chartered status - Proven experience in a similar role - Significant upstream O&G / Petroleum experience Desirable Skills & Qualifications: - Strong technical, analytical skills and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and influencing skills - Experienced in a multi-cultural / multi-national environment Fircroft is a leading provider of technical recruitment solutions to a number of specialist industries, active in over 40 countries worldwide.
