Senior FTTH & SCS Network Engineers

BSc Telecom/Electronics EngineeringMBA (a plus) 4 years experience in the fibre to the home (FTTH) network design or structured cabling system (SCS) network design
Responsible for developing and leading the business strategies to expand IT Solutions globally
Map for technology trends, customer needs, market research, competitor data and develops business plans for next step IT solution.
In depth knowledge of the U.S. & European IT industry/marketplace, both
FTTH (OSP) and SCS (Premise), both passive and active product and data centres
Technical understanding of IT network products, customer requirements, industry specifications and properties that affect performance and purchase behaviour.
Strong communication/presentation skills
Fundamental understanding of financial analysis and accounting principles
Primary objective is to plan, develop, manage and execute business plans together with the top management develop the right entry strategies for global marketplace
Responsible for budgeting and forecasting local and regional marketing and promotional expenses related to the IT product and solutions.
Work with sales management to develop business plan, sales presentations and marketing campaigns that support business development activities.
IT market research to be used by sales and product development teams to assist in defining and developing new products
Ultimately responsible for managing and leading a team of individuals to achieve objectives of the organisation.
Must have excellent technical background, marketing & sales skills, presentation skills, strong interpersonal relationships, team spirit and must possess demonstrated technical marketing skills and product knowledge in the IT solution industry market.
Develops annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales department, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organisational objectives.
Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
Previous marketing and communications experience is a must as well as the ability to handle many projects simultaneously and work independently.
Must be process and results oriented with high proficiency.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels, both verbal and written.
Decision making ability within the framework of broadly-stated policy guidelines.
Ability to work under pressure.
Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing
strategies to meet organisational objectives.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
