As part of their growth an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join an operational team working on flagship green and brownfield projects.

Use your skills and experience to ensure that all deliverables are completed in accordance with company procedures.

We need you to be energetic, client facing and problem solving types with a proven track record in meeting deadlines, delivering projects and ensuring cost effective solutions are applied

The successful candidate will have a background in:

Detailed engineering from conceptual phase through to commissioning on site for onshore and or offshore O&G installations.
Experience in the following areas is sought:
- Power Generation (Gas, Diesel & Hybrid Systems)
- HV & LV Transmission and Distribution
- System Modelling/Studies using latest SKM Powertools Software
- Generating Calculations - Load Analysis, Cable Sizing, Lighting etc.
- Packaged Equipment
- UPS Systems
- 3-Phase Electric Heaters
- Earthing/Lightning Protection
- Electrical Heat Tracing
- Submersible Motors and their Drives
- Navigation Aids
- Developing work packs for Installation, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
Attained hazardous area competency from Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in area classification, equipment selection, calculations and documentation
Minimum 10 years experience

Due the to long term career offered, we would prefer a staff role, however contract will be considered for the right candidate.
