The Role: The Senior Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer will work within the Engineering team and will have experience in the development and review of project and engineering design construction and commissioning methodology maintenance strategy documentation cost estimation and project scheduling. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities; - Management of Australian based E&I operations and facilities - QA/QC guidance for asset integrity of E&I modifications and projects - Strong HSE focus including prevention and troubleshooting - E&I investigations and design - Preparation of specifications and design documentation - Supervision and coaching of contract engineers - Review and approval of engineering and maintenance change requests - E&I support for operations maintenance and reliability projects Essential Skills & Qualifications: - Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent - Design and operation experience of E&I systems - Excellent upstream O&G experience Desirable Skills & Qualifications: - Strong technical analytical skills and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and influencing skills - Experienced in a multi-cultural / multi-national environment Fircroft is a leading provider of technical recruitment solutions to a number of specialist industries active in over 40 countries worldwide.
