Our client is a growing oil & gas company with current interests in nine countries around the world. The North Sea is a strategically important business and several exploration campaigns are planned for the next few years. We are now seeking a Senior Drilling Engineer for their Stavanger office.

To research offset well data and suppliers information.

Provide quality front end well engineering design support.

Ensure the basis of Well design detailed Well design & Well programme and associated documentation is developed.

Compile drilling programmes & procedures

Assist in rig intake audit & final audit report

Provide contract management support

Develop time & cost estimates and prepare AFEs

5-8 years of drilling project & operational experience from the North Sea region with an operator.

A broad knowledge of related technical areas.

Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering degree

Knowledge of Norwegian rules and regulations

Well control certificate - Drilling supervisor preferable.
