Our Client a leader in the oil and gas industry requires an experience Document Controller to join their expanding Perth team. The scope of this role is to provide Document Control Services for a major project team during its operation. This will encompass all facets of the Document Control functions.

Your main accountabilities and responsibilities include:

· Develops implements and updates effective document control procedures and distribution matrices

· Monitors the validation and approval of the project documents

· Assist with Document Management system and procedural training for the project

· Provide support and assistance to Document Control team

· Provide assistance in the writing preparation and review of Document Control procedures guidelines and work instructions

· Manages archiving historical documentations

To be considered for this role you will possess the following skills and experiences:

· Previous experience on large projects in the Oil and Gas industry

· Firm knowledge of document control principles along with document management system use and maintenance incorporating a strong attention to detail

· Ability to prioritise work tasks and manage large volumes of documentation

· Working knowledge of DMS systems the different deliverables and process that occur during the project lifecycle

· Obliging and professional demeanour at all times when interfacing with other team members

· Conversant with project design and execution requirements for large scale gas development
