Our Client has a vacancy for a Senior Commissioning Engineer based in Aberdeen.  This is a contract position.

As Senior Commissioning Engineer, your responsibilities will include the following:
Develop and implement strategy for commissioning on both modifications and projects.
Production of commissioning dossiers including job cards and commissioning plans in conjunction with development engineers.
Facilitates and secure sign-off and acceptance of completed work-scopes (including punchlists) in a timely manner.
Timely expediting of signed off completed as built information to close out group.
Site query tracking and progression to ensure compliance with procedures and equipment handover.
Assure necessary commissioning resources are identified and provided (Domestic, Vendor etc).
Liaise with Design, Construction and Operations Teams to provide commissioning input.
Liaise with specialist vendors to ensure timely mobilisation, clarity of scope and safety requirements/expectations.
Provide onshore commissioning support, as the first line contact for the Offshore Construction Teams.
Offshore supervision of key commissioning activities.
 
Qualifications and experience required:
HND or equivalent in engineering.
Significant offshore engineering industry experience, with good knowledge and practical experience of the commissioning process.
Current survival and medical required.
