Job Description
My client is an internationally renowned consultancy looking to secure a Senior Basin Modeller for their clients operations in Sudan.
The ideal candidate will be:
* Enthusiastic and a strong team player with good communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate others.
* Able to work independently and deliver projects on time.
* Strong technical skills in petroleum systems analysis/modelling and mastering the corresponding 3D modelling tools.
* Experience with pore pressure prediction and seal analysis will be an advantage
* Significant experience with Basin modelling software e.g. BasinMod
* Broad and firm experience in a variety of basins.
* Interest in innovative technology detection, development and implementation.
* Ability to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English.
This will be a contract position on a residential basis. Accommodation will be provided within a new build compound in Khartoum provided by the operator.
