Our Client has a vacancy for a Sales and Marketing Director.  This is a permanent position, based in Sharjah, UAE.

As Sales and Marketing Director, you will manage all activities carried out by a major international EPC sales and marketing department. You will direct and manage all activities carried out by a major international EPC sales and marketing department. This includes setting the strategy for sales positioning but also directing and leading sales activities forming strong personal relationships with clients and dealing professionally with clients, partners and other divisions of Company at all levels. 

You will be responsible, with other Directors and VP of Sales and Marketing, for meeting sales targets and positioning the company for sustainable sales at acceptable margins.  This will involve entering new geographic markets as well as increasing our market share in existing markets.

Good leadership skills.

Candidates for the Sales and Marketing Director role will have an Engineering degree, and substantial experience, with general exposure to the EPC business in home office and at site.  Good technical knowledge of project execution and the executing of Company EPC business is essential.
Language skills and specific technical or country experience is an advantage.

Salary is $123,120 to $215,250 USD per annum (negotiable), plus excellent benefit package.
