We are looking for a Risk and Milestone Analyst for a staff position in Nottingham.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the application and management of TP194a and EAW specific risk management processes
• Responsible for ensuring risk is captured processed and reported on in accordance with TP194a and EAW specific procedures.
• Accountable for providing advice as necessary to EAW staff on the risk management process
• Responsible for collation analysis and review of EAW risks
• Responsible for carrying out regular risk reviews across EAW schemes and promoting a culture of proactive risk identification and mitigation in line with a robust risk management methodology
• Responsible for developing and maintaining up to date register of all risks generated in relation to the EAW
• Responsible for the production of weekly and monthly reporting on risk and milestones in accordance with EAW reporting requirements
• Responsible for developing and maintaining an up to date register of all milestones generated in relation to the EAW.
• Ensuring the analysis and distribution of change requests.

The successful applicant will posses the following:

• Excellent organisational and prioritising skills
• Ability to produce accurate work in a fast paced environment. Including accurate typing word processing and keyboard skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of NEC option C Primavera P3e and Target Cost Projects is desirable
• Degree qualified in Project/Construction Management or similar


UPDATE - We are looking for someone to have perhaps a construction background with project experience with involvement in change control and risk management. Working knowledge of NEC option C contract and Knowledge of Primavera P3e tool is desirable
