Job Description

DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTION:

The candidate must be responsible for co-coordinating all of the qualitative and quantitative project risk activities, ensuring that Norway project requirement are achievable. Act as the Qualitative Risk and Quantitative cost and schedule risk department's representative in the project team, promoting risk awareness in the project team and ensuring the follow up of the internal procedures.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist the Project Services Manager (PSM) in evaluating the project risk requirements of the individual project opportunities and develop the Project Risk Management Plans in accordance with the project requirements and the group requirements, liaison with the individual opportunity Project Managers.
Establish and implement the Project Risk Management Plan dedicated to the Project.
Organise Project Risk assessment activities within the project organisation in all project phases (Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction and Subsea).
Set up and maintain risk registers using the companies risk management system DNV Easyrisk.
Perform quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis in accordance with the Project Risk Management Plan. The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years project services experience in design, fabrication and offshore having spent time at the site locations accordingly and be able to develop their own schedule and cost risk models using Primavera P6 and Primavera Risk Analysis tools along with @risk.
Monitor Project Risk mitigation activities. Ensure that the PSM and the Customer are kept informed and aware of the risks and opportunities relating to the projects. Throughout the Projects, monitor and report project risk related activities to ensure correct and effective implementation of the Project Risk Management Plan.
Liase with the partners as required on Project Risk matters and represent the Project Services Department at Project Risk meetings as required also running risk workshops. Maintain records of Project Risk deliverables Organise regular debriefing sessions on the project on Project Risk assessment.
Liase with PSM to highlight difficulties or opportunities within the various projects and upon the request of PSM, participate in project risk tools, procedures, development; attend bi-weekly and monthly Department Risk meetings as required, also produce monthly risk reports as required.
