Swift Worldwide Resources is the leading supplier of manpower to the global Oil and Gas industry.  OUR CLIENT, the largest national gas producer in the nation, is in need of a Rig Electrician to work for their New York office.

*Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).  The Rig Electrician MUST be familiar with AC Variable Frequency Drives.

*Qualifications:

-3 years of oil field electrical experience REQUIRED

-Familiar with motor controls

-Previous knowledge of lighting

-Ability to operate generator controls

-Prior rig experience HIGHLY PREFERRED

-Local candidacy PREFERRED
