REQUIREMENTS:

• Extensive experience in the Australian Rail Industry
• Degree Qualified engineer
• Previous experience in a leadership role - engineering management design management or business development management within rail
• Strong commercial acumen
• Previous involvement on successful bids and tenders
• Existing relationships with key industry stakeholders
• Proven ability to foster strong client relationships
• The ability to recruit and nurture appropriate personnel
• Experience in a multi-disciplinary interfacing environment.
