REQUIREMENTS:
- Extensive experience in the Australian Rail Industry
- Degree Qualified engineer
- Previous experience in a leadership role - engineering management design management or business development management within rail
- Strong commercial acumen
- Previous involvement on successful bids and tenders
- Existing relationships with key industry stakeholders
- Proven ability to foster strong client relationships
- The ability to recruit and nurture appropriate personnel
- Experience in a multi-disciplinary interfacing environment.
