• To be conversant with the Project HS&E Plan. Proactively participate in achieving the highest possible International standard of HSE implementation
• Assumes overall project responsibility for development and implementation of the Project Quality Management System and quality performance during the Project.
  
  Ensures the Quality Management System QMS is effectively implemented on the project and is monitored audited and reviewed in accordance with specified QMS requirements
  
  Monitors the effectiveness of all offsite facilities and Sub contractors process controls and quality performance
  
  Manages the surveillance system for all inspection activities
  
  Approves the project Quality Audit Programme and its implementation
  
  Establishes in conjunction with client the site Project verification and documentation requirements.
  
  Ensures that sufficient welding engineering and associated technical and metallurgical services are provided during the construction and installation phases
  
  Monitor and investigate Corrective Actions Requests CAR and Non-Conformance Reports NCR to determine trends and instigate preventative action
  
  Coordinate progressive development of the Project final close out certification records and subsequent handover to client.
  
  Identify suitable local personnel for further development and identify training requirements.
  
  Develop a succession plan and provide quarterly feedback and updates to Senior Management.

Required Qualifications:
Competent in discipline. Good communication skills & able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Must have experience in the oil & gas industry.
